Aspiration – what does that really mean?
The Never-Ending Percussion of Life

Sometimes the rhythm of life switches up a bit and syncopation is thrown in to get us off our game. Fortunately, there’s forever a milder, never-ending bass background pulse that keeps us on track and allows us to get back to our starting position in the future.
It’s the heartbeat of our universal consciousness: Love.
Acceptance? Nay, suffering.

Life is really quite interesting. Unfortunately, I don’t know what that means. …Nor will I ever.
Everything always works out somehow, right? In the end, everything’s all cool and things are terrific and everybody is living one gigantic, never-ending dream — if only we accept what comes to us and try not to mess up the ‘natural order’ of things! Oh boy!
Indeed, but there’s always the potential for things to work out how we want them. It’s easier to accept things as they are, of course, but then that’s merely settling for the status quo and not kicking life in the teeth until it gives in and gives you cookies for breakfast. Screw Daoism — I’ll get what I want out of life, even if I suffer forever for it.
It’s All Runnin’ Laps

Life is like a track race:
Horrible, hot, and exhausting, yet also amazing, refreshing, and exhilarating.
Twitter, ahoy!

I’m far too lazy to write a lengthy post every day, which I feel is the purpose of a blog, but I really dig “microblogging.” Back in the day, I used tumblr for a while but eventually grew bored with it. Currently, I’m often using Twitter, a service that lets you create posts of 140 characters or less, as it’s a WHOLE lot easier to update with the thousands of clients available for it and takes only seconds to post your (micro) thoughts on any subject (instead of the minutes required to put together a full blog entry).
Join and follow me. “What are you doing?”
